When they tell you,
"come, we will bring salvation,"
do not listen to them;
and though they speak of Christ,
do not listen to them.

Unless you see them being crucified,
do not look to them for wisdom;
for though they promise Heaven
they will lead you into Hell.

This is the mark of the true shepherd.

That he does the works he speaks of,
he does not speak merely;
but his actions follow his words.

Those who say,
Christ died for your sins;
believe their words,
Christ did die for your sins,
but if they speak only words,
then their religion is hypocrisy.

Their words funnel souls into Hell,
for their true teaching;
goes against their words,
they speak suffering,
they speak virtue,
but they have neither of these.

Their example is to stand up,
in front of a microphone;
with all eyes upon them,
and offer the crowd just words.
