To the thrust of a Roman spear,
entering The Sacred Heart;
O Margaret Mary Alacoque,
venerate his wounded heart in Heaven,
and cast your crown down!
This is the book they did not write,
as they pursued a doctrine of politic;
Jesus is wounded,
in Heaven, his heart aches,
for aching mankind.
Penance, prayer, and sacrifice.
The heart of God is mercy,
not vindictiveness, O Antichrist!
Come into the sheepfold,
O daughters of Babalon;
lay down your harlotries,
and take up the cross.
Victory is not written in books,
for the mercy of God cannot be fathomed;
so take mercy into your souls,
and spread mercy through your works.
Justice belongs to Lucretia,
but she lays down her crown;
she lays it in Gethsemane,
and if God wills it,
suffers only the bitter taste,
of lukewarm souls.
This to bring mercy to victory.
