In the suffering of Jesus Christ,
a great power lies dormant;
for those who have not experienced.

They look to signs & wonders,
seeking out God's miracles;
but have neglected faith, hope, charity.

These come at the price of the cross,
and if they cannot see him crucified;
then their faith is no longer faith.

They have placed their hope in magic,
and their trust, into great power;
but the truth of The Holy Gospel,
it is love,
and love is proven in suffering.

A wicked generation seeks after signs,
looking after great power;
believing God is manifest in wonders.

Had they looked into the mirror,
admitting their sins to God;
they would have understood mercy,
then have been drawn to charity.

But now they look to power,
seeking after knowledge;
without any trace of love.

So Antichrist arises before nations,
wielding in his hands;
what Satan has made ready for him,
power and knowledge born of hatred.
